Recipe Ingredients for Greek Pasta with Tomatoes and White Beans

29 oz Diced Tomatoes, Italian Style
19 oz cannellini beans
10 oz fresh spinach
8 oz penne pasta
4 oz crumbled feta cheese

Recipe Directions for Greek Pasta with Tomatoes and White Beans

  1. Cook pasta in a large pot of boiling salted water until al dente.

  2. Meanwhile, rinse and drain cannellini beans. Then combine tomatoes and beans in a large non-stick skillet. Bring to a boil over medium high heat. Reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes.

  3. Add spinach to sauce; cook 2 min. or until spinach wilts, stirring constantly.

  4. Serve sauce over pasta. Sprinkle with feta.
