Recipe Ingredients for Greek Pasta Salad

1 1/4 cups milk
6 ounces feta cheese
2 cloves garlic, peeled
1 tablespoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon grated lemon rind
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup lemon juice
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
12 ounces pasta
1 cucumber
2 cups tomatoes
1/2 cup red onion, diced

Recipe Directions for Greek Pasta Salad

  1. Dressing: blend mlik, 4oz of feta cheese, garlic, oregano, lemon rind, salt, lemon juice, and vinegar

  2. Transfer to large bowl; let stand for 10 minutes

  3. Salad: cook pasta according to directions; shell pasta is perferred

  4. Rinse under cold running water until cool; drain well

  5. Add cucumber, tomatoes, and onion

  6. Mix with dressing; top with remaining feta
