A greek style pasta salad. Mix and match the veggies to your liking. Add peppercinis or banana pepper, olives, or whatever else.

Recipe Ingredients for Greek Pasta Salad

1 serving Kroger Salad Rotini 1 cup
1 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
0.75 cup slices Cucumber
0.33 cup, chopped Peppers, Sweet, Red
0.33 cup chopped Red Onion
1 oz Reduced Fat Feta Traditional Crumbled
1 tsp Sea Salt
4 dash Pepper, Black
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1 tsp, ground Basil, Dried
3 tbsp Vinegar red wine
1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Recipe Directions for Greek Pasta Salad

  1. Boil pasta. Drain and cool with cold water.

  2. Chop up veggies in desired sizes.

  3. Mix all ingredients besides feta.

  4. After all is mixed well stir in feta cheese.

  5. Serve right away or chilled.

  6. Makes about 6 1/2 cups servings
