I made this pasta salad for a lot of different people so I used regular white pasta but I make it at home for myself and my family with whole wheat rotini and it tastes fantastic! *** This actually tastes really good just as vegetables without the pasta -- all the taste and a LOT fewer carbs and calories

Recipe Ingredients for Greek Pasta Salad

400 g rotini pasta
200 g Cheese
1 large red pepper
1 large cucumber
2 cups grape tomatoes
1 1/2 cups black olives
1/2 cup fat free Italian dressing

Recipe Directions for Greek Pasta Salad

  1. Put pasta on to boil and cook until desired tenderness, drain and add a little bit of dressing to ensure the noodles don't stick

  2. Chop up vegetables

  3. Chop/crumble cheese and add to vegetables

  4. Add pasta to vegetables, add remaining salad dressing and toss until completely combined

  5. **Note: If you're going to let this sit for a few hours or longer hold back a little bit of the dressing to be added right before serving so it tastes fresh
