A delicious baked pasta casserole

Recipe Ingredients for Greek pasta bake

2 oz Extra Virgin Olive Oil
4 clove Garlic
16 oz Pasta Shells
14 1/2 oz Diced Tomatoes
4 oz Olives, Ripe, Canned (Small-extra Large)
1 cup Reduced Fat Feta Traditional Crumbled
16 oz Garbanzo Beans
7 oz roasted red peppers

Recipe Directions for Greek pasta bake

Heat oil in small saucepan. Add garlic and cook 30 seconds. Remove pan from heat and set aside. Boil pasta and cook until al dente. Drain and place in a large bowl. Pour on the garlic oil and toss well. Preheat the oven to 375. Mix all remaining ingredients with the pasta. Oil a casserole or baking dish and spoon the mixture into the dish. Cover with foil. Bake, covered for 25 minutes, or until hot and bubbly.
