0.5 cup Spinach
0.5 pat (1" sq, 1/3" high) Butter

Recipe Directions for Greek omelet

whisk eggs in a bowl. Melt butter in a pan over med heat, pour in egg and swirl around. After a few minutes fold into thirds and flip over. Add spinach to warm.
