Recipe Ingredients for Greek Mini Pizzas

2.5 serving Arnold Sandwich Thin (100% whole wheat, flax
0.25 cup, chopped Peppers, Sweet, Red
1/4 cup Reduced Fat Basil and Tomato Feta Crumbled
4 tbsp Unico Sliced Black Olives
1 tbsp Olive Oil
2 serving (Publix) Chunk White Chicken in water
1 oz Stringsters Part Skim Mozzarella String Cheese

Recipe Directions for Greek Mini Pizzas

Spread olive oil on pizza pan. Rub the thins in the oil on both sides. Top with toppings. Bake at 400 for 10- 15 minutes.
