Mediterranean-style dip with feta and hummus

Recipe Ingredients for Greek Layer Dip

1 cup Yogurt
1/2 cup slices Cucumber
0.1 medium raw Onion Red
0.5 oz Mint
8 oz Hummus
1 Medium Tomatoes
2 oz Feta Cheese
3 pita, large (6-1/2" dia) Bread, Pita, Whole-wheat

Recipe Directions for Greek Layer Dip

  1. Stir together the yogurt, shredded unpeeled cucumber (1/4 cup), chopped red onion (1 tbsp), and mint (1 tsp). Set aside.

  2. Spread hummus in the bottom of a pie plate. Spread yogurt mixture over hummus. Sprinkle with chopped tomato (1/2 cup) and feta cheese crumbles.

  3. Split each pita bread round in half, making 2 rounds; cut each round into 8 wedges. Serve pita bread wedges with dip.
