A quick/easy roast lamb dish with a difference.

Recipe Ingredients for Greek Lamb Shoulder

1500 g Lamb Shoulder Roast
250 g Greek Style Yoghurt
4 tbsp Honey Squeezable
10 fresh or dry Rosemary

Recipe Directions for Greek Lamb Shoulder

  1. Open the boned lamb shoulder over raost rack.

  2. Cover the faty side of the lamb with Greek Yoghurt

  3. Drizzle over honey and sprinkle with rosemary.

  4. Bake in a 180 degree over for 1 - 1.5 hr till cooked to your liking. Alternatively this is great over a BBQ, turn the meat to the fat side down for the last 10 minutes.
