Recipe Ingredients for Greek Lamb and Red Onion Kebobs

2 oz Oregano Leaves
2 tablespoon Rosemary
3 tbsp Olive Oil
1 tbsp Lemon Juice, Canned Or Bottled
2 tsp Salt, Table
4 clove Garlic
2 small raw Red Onion
1 serving Cooking Spray 100% Extra Virgin Olive Oil
20 oz Lamb Leg Shank

Recipe Directions for Greek Lamb and Red Onion Kebobs

  1. Prepare grill.

  2. Place oregano leaves, rosemary, olive oil, lemon juice, lemon rind, salt, and garlic into food processor until finely chopped.

  3. Thread lamb and onion alternately onto 16 (8 in) skewers. Rub or brush oregano mixture over both sides of skewers. Place skewers on a grill rack coated with cooking spray; grill 9 minutes or until desired degree of doneness, turning occasionally.
