Luvie and I make this together and then sit on the patio while it's grilling with a glass of white wine :D Serve it with rice (add a little lemon zest to the rice while it's cooking), and a greek salad. Opa! (cheers in Greek)

Recipe Ingredients for Greek Lamb Kebabs

1.31 kg lamb shoulder
1 tbs olive oil
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 tbs lemon juice
1 tbs oregano
1 tbs rosemary
1/4 tsp nutmeg

Recipe Directions for Greek Lamb Kebabs

  1. Cube lamb shoulder roast into 1" cubes.

  2. Combine all other ingredients in ziploc bag, squeeze to mix.

  3. Add lamb to marinade in ziploc, and massage to evenly coat. Marinate for at least 30mins.

  4. Thread lamb onto skewers, grill til done.
