This is a lovely dressing for salad, or on Walnut Lentil Burgers etc

Recipe Ingredients for Greek Island Dressing

1/2 cup light ricotta cheese
1/2 cup feta cheese
1/2 cup 2 % milk
1 tsp grated lemon peel
1 tsp oregano

Recipe Directions for Greek Island Dressing

  1. Blend all ingredients in a blender.

  2. You can use it cold, or heat gently, and serve hot.
