Recipe Ingredients for Greek-Inspired Grilled Lamb with Tzatziki and Caramelized Tomatoes and Onions

8 oz lamb
5 dash garlic powder
1/4 cup plain yogurt
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tablespoon diced cucumber
1/4 tablespoon olive oil
1/4 teaspoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 cup cherry tomatoes
1 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp. sea salt
1/2 cup diced onion

Recipe Directions for Greek-Inspired Grilled Lamb with Tzatziki and Caramelized Tomatoes and Onions

  1. 1. In a small (or big, whichever you prefer) bowl, combine yogurt, garlic clove, cucumber, 1/4 tbsp olive oil, lemon juice. This will be your sauce. Set aside.

  2. 2. Sprinkle the lamb with garlic powder and grill until done.

  3. 3. In a pan on medium high heat, heat 1 tbsp of the olive oil. Add the tomatoes, onions, oregano, and salt and cook until done. PS Red bell peppers would be GREAT too!

  4. 4. Plate the lamb and serve the vegetables and tzatziki on the side. You are done!
