1 medium onion
2 large eggs
85 grams fresh mushrooms
28 grams feta cheese

Recipe Directions for Greek Hobo Combination

  1. Dice onion and mushrooms.

  2. Put onions in pan and cook until carmelized. Add mushrooms.

  3. Whisk eggs so they are scrambled.

  4. Add eggs to mixture. Cook thoroughly.

  5. Serve topped with feta cheese.
