Recipe Ingredients for Greek Garbanzo Salad

16 oz Garbanzo Beans
0.5 medium Cucumber, Peeled
1 medium raw Tomato Roma
10 olives Krinos Pitted Kalamata Olives
1/4 cup Traditional Feta Crumbled
1 serving Extra Virgin Olive Oil
0.5 tbsp Vinegar red wine
1 serving Coarse Kosher Salt
1 dash Pepper, Black

Recipe Directions for Greek Garbanzo Salad

  1. Mix to combine everything together except the feta, add a pinch of dried crushed oregano and chill for a few hours.

  2. Stir in the Feta and serve.
