This is a very yummy dish that you can make even liter by using fat free feta cheese and by using cooking spray

Recipe Ingredients for Greek frittata

8 egg whites
2 cups spinach
1 cup mushrooms
1/2 cup tomatoes
1 tbsp reduced fat feta cheese
1 tsp olive oil

Recipe Directions for Greek frittata

Saute mushrooms and spinach in oil on med lo heat till spinach is wilted. Lightly beat egg whites pour over spinach mixture add tomatoes and cheese. cook over med heat. carefully flip frittata to cook other side or put under broiler to cook top.
