I serve this on my Greek Salad, top with shrimp and croûtons if you've an inclination.

Recipe Ingredients for Greek Dressing

1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
3/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. onion powder
3/4 tsp. dry oregano
3/4 tsp. dry basil
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. Dijon mustard
1/8 cup red wine vinegar
1/8 cup white wine vinegar

Recipe Directions for Greek Dressing

  1. In a blender or processor (or use immersion blender if you have one) mix all the ingredients but the basil and oregano.

  2. After blending well, add the two dry herbs and give a few quick pulses.

  3. Make this the day before for the flavors to really settle and serve at room temperature. This does not have to be refrigerated!
