Recipe Ingredients for Greek cucumber dip

12 ounces yogurt, Greek, plain, non-fat
1 cup diced cucumber
1 clove garlic
1 tbs dill weed
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tbs chives, chopped

Recipe Directions for Greek cucumber dip

  1. Combine cucumber and garlic in a mini-chopper or food processor

  2. Process until cucumbers become very small chunks

  3. Drain mixture in colander to remove excess liquid

  4. Combine cucumber mixture with yogurt, chives, dill and pepper

  5. Chill for one hour before serving
