An easy crockpot recipe of a Greek favorite

Recipe Ingredients for Greek Crockpot Chicken

1/2 lb potatoes, raw
4 oz baby carrots
4 cloves garlic
1 cup chicken broth
21 oz chicken breast, boneless, skinless
1/3 cup lemon juice
1 tsp olive oil

Recipe Directions for Greek Crockpot Chicken

  1. Wash and quarter potatoes; place in bottom of crockpot. Add baby carrots on top and pour chicken broth over it.

  2. Place chicken over vegetables. Pour lemon juice over chicken.

  3. Chop garlic and place over chicken. Drizzle olive oil over chicken and garlic.

  4. Sprinkle ground pepper, paprika, oregano, thyme, and plenty of onion powder to taste.

  5. Cook in crockpot on medium to high for 8-12 hours (depends on crockpot). Good served over rice or couscous.
