Recipe Ingredients for Greek Couscous

1 cup whole wheat couscous, uncooked
1/2 cup vegetable broth
1/4 cup cucumber
1/4 cup tomato
1/4 cup chick peas
3 oz Feta Cheese
5 tbsp Greek Vinaigrette

Recipe Directions for Greek Couscous

  1. Cook couscous as indicated on package (use half water and half broth for taste)

  2. Add Vegetable, cheese, and dressing

  3. Mix and cool
