Recipe Ingredients for Greek Chopped Salad

3 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
1 medium Cucumber, Peeled
2 medium (4-1/8" long) Onions, Spring Or Scallions
1 small (4" long) Pepper, Banana
2 tbsp Olives, Ripe, Canned (Small-extra Large)
0.5 cup sprigs Dill Weed, Fresh
2 tbsp Vinegar, Cider
2 1tsp Olive Oil
1/4 tsp Sea Salt
1 oz Fat Free Feta

Recipe Directions for Greek Chopped Salad

Chop all vegetables into bite-sized pieces. Mix all ingredients and allow to meld in refrigerator overnight. (Or at least 2 hours.)
