Recipe Ingredients for Greek Chicken Salad (curves protein 1)

2 Tomato Wedges
3 oz. Diced Chicken Breast
1 1/2 cups Baby Spinach
1/2 cup Chopped Romaine Lettuce
1/4 oz. Crumbled Feta Cheese
1 tbsp. Mustard
3/4 tbsp. Balsamic Vinegar
1/2 tbsp. Water

Recipe Directions for Greek Chicken Salad (curves protein 1)

  1. Combine spinach, lettuce and chicken in large bowl and set aside.

  2. On very low heat, add mustard and vinegar to pan. Wisk together until smooth. Add water and wisk.

  3. Add crumbled bacon and feta cheese. Increase heat until heated throughout, but do not boil.

  4. Add small amount of dressing to coat greens.

  5. Serve with remaining dressing on the side.
