Recipe Ingredients for Greek Chicken

8 garlic cloves, crushed
2 T olive oil
1 t. salt
1 t. pepper
2 t. dried oregano
4 t. fresh lemon juice
16 kalamata olives, pitted
4 oz. feta cheese, crumbled
8 chicken breast

Recipe Directions for Greek Chicken

  1. Combine garlic, olive oil, salt, pepper, oregano, lemon juice, olives and cheese in a shallow baking pan. Stir to mix well. Add the chicken and turn to coat. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for 4 hours.

  2. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes or until cooked through (usually doesn't need the full 45 minutes).
