Recipe Ingredients for Greek Chicken Pita Filling (made in crockpot)

1 onion, chopped
1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 tsp. lemon pepper
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 cup plain yogurt
4 pitas

Recipe Directions for Greek Chicken Pita Filling (made in crockpot)

  1. Combine onion, chicken breasts, and lemon pepper in crockpot. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours, or until chicken is tender.

  2. Just before serving, remove chicken and shred with two forks.

  3. Add shredded chicken back into slow cooker and stir in oregano and yogurt.

  4. Spoon mixture into pita bread.
