Recipe Ingredients for Greek Chicken Packets

2 boneless, skinless chicken breast
4 ounces angel hair pasta
1 tbsp. olive oil
1/4 cup sundried tomatoes
6 oz. artichoke hearts
1/2 cup feta cheese
1/4 cup kalamata olives

Recipe Directions for Greek Chicken Packets

  1. PREHEAT oven to 450F or grill to medium-high.

  2. CENTER one chicken breast half on each sheet of Reynolds Wrap Release Non-Stick Foil with non-stick (dull) side toward food. Break angel hair pasta in half and place beside chicken. Drizzle olive oil over pasta. Arrange tomatoes and artichoke hearts over chicken. Top with feta cheese. Place ice cubes over pasta.

  3. BRING up foil sides. Double fold top and one end. Through open end, pour in water. Double fold remaining end to seal packet, leaving room for heat circulation inside. Repeat to make two packets.

  4. BAKE 23 to 25 minutes on a cookie sheet in oven OR GRILL 12 to 14 minutes in covered grill. Fluff pasta with a fork before serving.
