Recipe Ingredients for greek bean salad

1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp tomato puree
1 tbsp malt vinegar
1 tbsp chives, snipped
175 g green beans
400 g soya beans
400 g red kidney beans
2 tomatoes, chopped
4 spring onions, trimmed and chopped
125 g feta cheese, cut into cubes

Recipe Directions for greek bean salad

  1. mix olive oil vineagr tomato puree and chives together

  2. pour over the remaining ingredients.
