Recipe Ingredients for Greek Baby Spinach Salad

1/2 oz Sun-Dried Tomato
2 clove Garlic
2 1tsp Olive Oil
1/4 cup chopped Red Onion
1/4 cup Traditional Feta Crumbled
3 oz Baby Spinach

Recipe Directions for Greek Baby Spinach Salad

  1. Slice the garlic, red onion and tomato.

  2. Heat oil in a small saute pan and add the sliced ingredients and cook until the garlic is slightly browned and onions barely translucent.

  3. Turn off the heat and add in the feta and let it sit for 30 seconds then toss with baby spinach.
