From Old Saratogian recipe I cut oil from 2 tbls to .5 tbls and soy sauce from 4 to 2 tblsp

Recipe Ingredients for Great Wall of China Chicken

1 pound chicken breast,boneless and skinless
1/2 tblsp olive oil
2 tblsp reduced sodium soy sauce
4 cups sauerkraut, rinsed and drained
4 green onion
4 carrots, medium
2 cloves garlic
1 tsp ginger, ground
4 oz snow peas

Recipe Directions for Great Wall of China Chicken

  1. Cut chicken into 1 inch cubes, place in dish add 1/2 oil, cover and microwave ~ 6 minutes.

  2. Add sauerkraut and 1 tbslp soy sauce

  3. Slice green onions, set tops aside. Place white part of onions, carrots, garlic, ginger and remaining oil and soy sauce in dish, cover and microwave for 4 minutes.

  4. Stir carrot mix into sauerkraut mix, Place snow peas on top, micro for 4 inutes, stir and serve.
