Recipe Ingredients for Great start breakfast

3 egg whites, beaten
1/4 cup button mushrooms, sliced
1 tbsp onions, minced
1/4 tsp olive oil
30 grams cooked tuna, flaked
1 small tomato, chopped
1 Salt and pepper, to taste

Recipe Directions for Great start breakfast

  1. On a non-stick pan, on low-medium heat, saute onions and tomato until onions are translucent.

  2. Add mushrooms and allow to cook.

  3. Add tuna and season with salt and pepper.

  4. Pour in egg whites and allow to sit and cook. Once one side is cooked, fold and flip.

  5. Serve. Enjoy with coffee and one slice of wheat toast.
