0.5 cup, unthawed Blueberries
4 medium (1-1/4" dia) Strawberries
4 oz Lowfat Plain
1 cup Spinach
1 cup, chopped Kale
1 tbsp Honey, Strained Or Extracted
0.5 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Bananas
