Bean Soup Simple in a pressure cooker

Recipe Ingredients for Great Northern Bean Soup

1 pound Great Northern Beans
8 cups water
3 carrots
2 stalks celery
1 onion
1/2 tsp thyme
1 tsp black pepper
4 oz smoked turkey
1 tsp salt

Recipe Directions for Great Northern Bean Soup

Rinse and clean northern beans add to pressure cooker (PC), add water (you can add 1/2 broth and water). Cut up carrots, celery and onion and add to pot. Add fresh or dried thyme and pepper and smoked turkey wing (or ham hock smoked). Place lid on PC and bring up to pressure. Let cook for 35 minutes and natural pressure release.
