1 lb great northern beans
423 g chopped onion
2 T Vegetable Seasoning
1 t Salt
1/4 t Ground Pepper
359 g Ham
141 g Chopped Sweet Pepper

Recipe Directions for Great Northern Bean Soup

  1. Place beans, seasonings and water into a large pot and bring to boil for 15 minutes.

  2. Add choppped onion and chopped sweet pepper.

  3. Add ham, diced.

  4. Simmer for 2 hours, adjusting seasoning and liquid as needed.
