Recipe is same as what you will find on web, but I made cookies smaller. The original recipe says to use 1/4 cup to measure and makes 24 large cookies.

Recipe Ingredients for Great Harvest Bread Copmany Chocolate Chip Cookies

2 cups whole wheat flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 cups brown sugar, packed
1 cup butter, softened
2 cups rolled oats
2 eggs
2 tablespoons molasses
1 tablespoon milk
12 ounce semisweet chocolate chips

Recipe Directions for Great Harvest Bread Copmany Chocolate Chip Cookies

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

  2. Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt; set aside.

  3. Beat together brown sugar and butter until well combined. Add oats, eggs, molasses, and milk; beat well. Add dry ingredients to beaten mixture; beat until blended. Stir in chocolate chips. Using tablespoon, scoop the dough and place 1-2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheets lined with parchment paper.

  4. Bake at 350 degrees F for 12 to 13 minutes, until just starting to brown around the outside. Cool 2 minutes on cookie sheets. Remove and cool on racks. 1 serving = 1 cookie
