Recipe Ingredients for Great Chef Salad

3 cups Hearts of Romaine
6 oz Tomato Roma
1 oz Onions
30 grams Celery
1/4 cup Colby and Monterey Jack Shredded
2 oz Mozzarella, Part Skim Milk Cheese
2 oz Chicken, Meat Only, Roasted
1 oz Slivered Almonds

Recipe Directions for Great Chef Salad

  1. Cut romaine lettuce into salad bowls first.

  2. Cut other ingredients and layer on top of lettuce.

  3. Top with toasted almonds.

  4. Serve with your favorite salad dressing, and crackers.

  5. To make a meal of this eat two servings instead of one.
