broil the lamps chops in 3 cups of water for 15 min. Add chopped onions. Continue to cook for 15 min. Add the tomato paste( dissolve in little water) and add the grean beans. Add salt and pepper and garlic powder as you wish( optional) Cook until the grean beans are tender ( dark green color) Add 7 cups water.
