Recipe Ingredients for Gravy

1 cup canola oil
1 cup all purpose flour
4 cups skim milk
4 cups water

Recipe Directions for Gravy

  1. Add oil to pan and heat to medium

  2. Slowly add flour while stiring to remove lumps

  3. Continue stiring and heating until gravy is the color Brown that you want it

  4. Lower temperature

  5. Add the liquid slowly while stiring

  6. Continue stiring until consistancy is reached
