Recipe Ingredients for GRAVY

3 tbs flour
2 cups beef broth
1 salt and pepper to taste

Recipe Directions for GRAVY

  1. After steaks are nicely browned, remove from pan, stir flour into pan. Continue stirring until browned and all the bits are off the botton of the pan.

  2. Add beef broth, salt and pepper. When gravy thickens return patties to pan and reduce heat to medium/low. Adjust seasonings and cook for about 30 minutes. Uncovered.

  3. Serve over mashed potatoes or rice.
