Recipe Ingredients for Gravy for Chicken w/bacon

4 medium slices, cooked (raw product packed 20/lb) Pork, Cured, Bacon
0.062 cup Wheat Flour, White, All-purpose, Enriched, Unbleached
1 dash Pepper, Black
0.1 Teaspoon Thyme
1 teaspoon Powdered Chicken Flavor Bouillon
2 cup (8 fl oz) Water

Recipe Directions for Gravy for Chicken w/bacon

  1. Fry bacon(diced) until crisp.

  2. Add flour, pepper, thyme and mix until white colour is gone.

  3. Dissolve bouillon in boiling water. Stir into bacon flour mixture until it boils and thickens. Makes about 3 cups of crunchy bacon gravy.
