Simple and healthy dinner, it practically cooks itself in the oven.

Recipe Ingredients for Gratinated Ham

300 g ham, boiled
1/2 onion, finely chopped
1 leek, sliced
1 tbsp oil, for frying
4 eggs
40 ml skimmed milk
4 tbsp cottage cheese
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
50 g cheese, medium fat, shredded

Recipe Directions for Gratinated Ham

  1. Heat up the oil in a pan and fry the onions until they are transparant. Add ham and leek and quickly fry it, 1-2 min.

  2. Put all of it into a fireproof dish, sprinkle the cheese on top.

  3. Whip the eggs and add milk, cottage cheese and salt. Put the egg mix into the dish with ham and onions and cook it at 200 degrees celcius, bottom shelf, for about 30 minuts. Or until the eggs have hardended and gotten a nice color.

  4. Served with fresh whole grain bread and a salad.
