Recipe Ingredients for Gratin topping

3/4 cup bread crumbs
1 tablespoon lemon peel, grated
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated fine

Recipe Directions for Gratin topping

  1. Heat olive oil.

  2. Toast bread crumbs for 4-5 minutes.

  3. Let cool.

  4. Stir in lemon peel and cheese.

  5. Sprinkle on vegetables and bake until browned.

  6. Or sprinkle on pasta.
