Recipe Ingredients for Grated Squash

2 zucchini
1 yellow squash
1 tsp minced garlic
1/2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp dried dill

Recipe Directions for Grated Squash

  1. Grate the zucchini and yellow squash.

  2. Heat a nonstick frying pan on medium-high heat.

  3. Add the oil to the pan.

  4. When the pan is hot, add the grated squash.

  5. Saute the squash until softened.

  6. Add the garlic, pepper, and dill, and stir.

  7. Once ingredients are heated through, it is ready to serve!
