A variation of a vegetable mold type dish.

Recipe Ingredients for Grated fennels

875 g fennels
100 g milk
50 g Emmental cheese
30 g breadcrumbs
1/2 tsp salt
1/5 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp butter
1 dash pepper

Recipe Directions for Grated fennels

  1. Cook the fennels in milk for a little, adding salt, pepper and nutmeg.

  2. Heat the oven to 200 Celsius.

  3. Grease the pan with a tiny amount of butter and a third of the breadcrumbs or in some other way.

  4. Chop the Emmental cheese into little cubes and mix with the fennel.

  5. Pour the mix into the pan.

  6. Cover with the rest of the breadcrumbs.

  7. Bake until looks good.
