Grated fennels in nutmeg spiced milk

500 g fennel
150 g milk
1/5 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp salt
30 g Parmesan cheese
30 g breadcrumbs
5 g butter

Recipe Directions for Grated fennels in nutmeg spiced milk

  1. Slice the fennels rather thinly.

  2. Cook them in milk (with some nutmeg and salt), quantity needed to soften while the milk evaporates. (Also heat the oven.)

  3. Prepare the pan for the oven - with a tiny bit of butter and breadcrumbs or any other way.

  4. Pour the cooked fennel into the pan. Grate with Parmesan cheese and breadcrumbs.

  5. Put in the oven until the crust is ready.
