Recipe Ingredients for Grapefruit and Cilantro Smoothie

1 medium red grapefruit
1/4 cucumber
1 cup fresh cilantro
1/4 cup baby spinach
3 tbsp fresh lime juice
1/4 tsp cinnamon

Recipe Directions for Grapefruit and Cilantro Smoothie

  1. Wash spinach and cilantro well. Remove leaves from stems.

  2. Remove skin from cucumber and cut into chunks.

  3. Remove sections from grapefruit.

  4. Put everything in blender and blend until smooth.
