1/2 cup lowfat plain yogurt
4 oz frozen blueberries
4 oz frozen strawberries
1 banana

  1. Add ingredients to blender in order indicated.

  2. Blend on low for 45 seconds until combined.

  3. Blend on medium high for 1 minute until smooth.
