1 1/2 cup Whole Wheat Flour
100 grams SPLENDA No Calorie
1 teaspoon Baking Powder
1/2 tsp Baking Soda
1.98 oz Better'n Eggs
2 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Bananas
6 oz No Fat Plain Greek Yogurt
1/2 tbsp Vanilla Extract, Imitation, No Alcohol
1 cup Grape-nuts Cereal

Recipe Directions for Grape-nuts Banana Crunch Muffins

  1. Mix dry ingredients.

  2. in another bowl egg, bananas, yogurt, vanilla

  3. Add flour mixture

  4. Stir in cereal

  5. Spoon batter into muffin pan that have been sprayed, filling 2/3 full

  6. Bake 350 degrees for 25 minutes
