Homemade Jelly with Home Grown Grapes

Recipe Ingredients for Grape Jelly

1 serving Jam Pectin Premium For Lower Sugar Recipes
8 cup Grapes
3 cup Sugars, Granulated

Recipe Directions for Grape Jelly

  1. Place grapes in juicer/steamer and bring to boil. This should make about 4 cups of grape juice.

  2. Pour hot juice in saucepan with 1 pkg of low-sugar pectin.

  3. Add 3 cups sugar and bring to a boil. (Your can substitiute sugar for 1 cup sugar substitute.)

  4. Pour into hot canning jars.

  5. Makes about 5 8 oz. jelly jars.

  6. Seal jars and turn upside down for 5 minutes.

  7. Turn right side up and let cool. You should hear jars popping indicating that seal has been made.
