This healthy toss-up of vegetables, fruit and a sweet tangy dressing is a tasty alternative to pasta salads.

Recipe Ingredients for Grape Broccoli Salad

1 cup fresh broccoli florets
3/4 cup red grapes, halved seedless
1/3 cup celery, chopped
1/3 cup green onions, chopped
3 ounces (28 g) water chestnuts, sliced 1/3 cup
1/4 cup raisins
1/2 cup plain yogurt, fat-free
2 tablespoons mayonnaise, reduced-fat
1 teaspoon honey

Recipe Directions for Grape Broccoli Salad

  1. In a large bowl, combine the broccoli, grapes, celery, onions, water chestnuts and raisins. In a small bowl, combine the yogurt, mayonnaise and honey. Pour over broccoli mixture and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.

  2. Yield: 3 servings. Prep: 10 min. + chilling
