A tasty chili based on my elementary school's chili.

Recipe Ingredients for Grant's (Not So) Famous Chili-Spaghetti

128 ounces low-sodium vegetable juice
1 lb lean ground turkey or lean ground beef
31 oz (2 can, drained) no salt added kidney beans
13 oz dry whole wheat spaghetti
6 tbsp chili powder
1 tbsp salt
1 tbsp onion powder
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp black pepper

Recipe Directions for Grant's (Not So) Famous Chili-Spaghetti

  1. Brown and drain meat.

  2. Boil spaghetti per instructions on box but for 3/4 of recommended cook time and drain.

  3. Combine all ingredients in a crock pot or large pan and stew on low heat for 8 to 10 hours, stirring thoroughly every half-hour or so to prevent sticking.
