3 Potato small (1-3/4" to 2-1/2" dia) Potato, Flesh And Skin
6 large Egg, Whole
2 tbsp Vegetable Oil, Canola
2 oz Carl Buddig, Smoked Sliced Ham
2 oz 50% Light Cheddar

Recipe Directions for Grant's Breakfast Skillet, Ham

  1. Heat oil.

  2. Shred potatoes, scramble eggs and shred ham.

  3. Fry potatos to brown on one side.

  4. Flip potatoes, add eggs, meat and cheese.

  5. Cover and steam over low heat until egg is cookek.
